Update on meeting with Golf NSW Agronomist

A copy of the Golf NSW report is available at the club for members to read.

Some of the greens seem to be responding to the hand watering that is being done by volunteers, however, given the extreme weather over the next few days anyone who can help please come along after 4.00pm. Three hoses are available, one near 14th, another near the 4th and the third is near the 18th or practice green.

Caterers

A sausage sizzle will be available again this Saturday being run by the Events Committee. The Board appreciates the time and efforts of the Events Committee over the past weeks.

The Board hopes to have more news shortly re the bistro.

Mixed Pennant

Our mixed pennant team will be at home for its last match against Bankstown on Sunday 19 February. Unfortunately, we will not make it through to the next round. Well done to the team for all its efforts.

Men’s Knockout

The first round of the Men’s Knockout will begin on Saturday 11th of February. Good luck to the 32 qualifiers.

Ladies Thursday Comp

Now that the Christmas break is over the Ladies have resumed their Thursday Comp. Have a great year Ladies.

Euchre and Darts

Euchre and Darts will commence at 7.30 on Wednesday. Come along and have some fun.

Adopt a Bunker

We are still looking for more members to adopt a bunker. A list of bunker is available beside the score input computers. Please participate.
Remove a weed

We are asking members to remove 1 weed per hole per round in either the fairway, green or rough. Please participate.
