Mondays at 12:15 PM

Saturdays at 8:00 AM

ABOUT ANDREA MCGANN GOLF & FITNESS

With over 36 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge across a range of disciplines—including Strength Training, Aqua Fitness, Cardio Boxing, Pilates, TRX, Swimming Instruction, and programs tailored for Older Adults.

My focus is on helping individuals aged 50 to 80 improve their health and fitness through functional, everyday movement, not extreme workouts like CrossFit or marathon training. Instead, I provide realistic, sustainable training that supports a healthy, active lifestyle.

In addition to offering private and couples’ personal training, I also run Golf Fitness programs in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. These small group classes (maximum of four participants) are designed to improve the specific movements used in golf, with a strong emphasis on core strength, rotational mobility, and cardiovascular health.

Many of the women who join my Get Into Golf programs also complete the 6-week Golf Fitness sessions and find them to be a great complement to their golf training.

My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident—on and off the course.
