How wonderful is it to once again be able to sit in the clubhouse and enjoy a drink and/or meal whilst socialising with friends & family?
Social distancing, limited patron numbers and enhanced cleaning measures are being followed to ensure everyone enjoys their visit to the Valley. Please remember to sign in at the front door as we are required by law to keep a record of all attendees.
It is with pleasure that we announce the appointment of the effervescent Sharee White as our Club Manager. Next time you see Sharee be sure to congratulate her! As Sharee is currently undergoing intensive training on Club operations, we appreciate your patience especially with golf & administration related enquiries.

Brendan has devised a new “All Day” menu along with a “weekly special”- if you haven’t come down to sample it yet, we recommend you do. There have been some early favourites including the The Play Off share plate, Smashed Avo w/ Poached Eggs, Grilled Chicken Salad and for a delicious snack you must try the Chicken Ribs w/ Hot Sauce. And of course, there is the freshly ground DiPacci Coffee – bellissimo!

Members should all by now have received their Subscription renewal notifications – sent by email w/c 1/6/20.
If you have not received the email, please contact Sharee in the office to ensure the Club has your correct email address. Members are reminded that fees are due 30/6/20 & various payment methods are available.
COUNCIL LEASE NEGOTIATIONS
The Board of Directors of BVGC wish to advise members that a new lease agreement has been presented by Bayside Council and signed by the club directors on Friday 5th June, 2020.
Presently the lease runs from July to June, however as Bayside Council’s financial year is October to September, Council wishes to bring our lease in line with that period. Therefore the current lease will only run until September 2020 and Council advises that a new lease which will run from 1 October to 30 September 2021 will be presented to the club.
The current short lease will continue the same conditions as at present. Council has advised that the new lease (October 2020) will be based upon the 2018/2019 leasing and rent arrangements. However, the Board of Directors of BVGC intends to negotiate with the Council at that time in hope of obtaining a longer lease.
